Abram espinosa

Our Fearless Leader & Mad Genius

I started boxing at age 16 and I quickly moved up the ranks, winning Golden Gloves and International Titles, along my journey in professional boxing. After retiring I knew I had to stay in the sport that had given me so much. Coaching was inevitable.

I have trained many fighters to their first fights, national level competitions as well as professional bouts. Watching them succeed is the fuel that keeps me jumping out of bed every morning.

Coaching gives me the opportunity to stay connected with the sport I love.

Kim espinosa

RBA's Momma Bear

I was able to change my life through fighting and fitness, I’m now passionate about helping our community members do the same.

I started boxing in college as a way to lose weight. I quickly fell in love with the sport and found myself traveling to fights in between studying for exams. This is also where I found my passion for fitness. I have always been competitive in everything I do and coaching is no different. I want to have the fittest members and help them be the best!

As a stay home mom, I understand the desire to get to the gym and have some ‘me’ time

Jaime Banegas

I have been around the sport 20 years. I was introduced to boxing at 13. I grew up in a boxing family. My step dad was a coach and my step brother competed at a high level.

I have a few amatuer competitions. I love training people whether it’s for competiton or exercise.

The sport has made a huge impact in my life from the experiences I’ve had and the people I have met along the way.

Marc Mostajo

I became involved with Roseville Boxing Academy around 2013, when my son Drew first joined. I’ve been training there ever since. From approximately 2009 through 2017, I was a volunteer at Woodcreek Little League, in Roseville, CA as a parent, coach and board member. I enjoy coaching whether it’s little league or boxing. My goal has always been to motivate people and kids to believe in themselves and understand anything is possible with hard work and dedication.
Before I started boxing, I was an avid time trialist who was a part of a competitive triathlon team in southern California. I rode bike for over 20 years. Later in life, I found a new passion in boxing. I also enjoy camping, fishing and 4 wheeling. My daughter Tahnee is 24 and my son Drew is 21. I’m proud to be a part of the RBA coaching staff….
